Bollywood star Vicky Kaushal is all set to impress the audience with his highly anticipated film Chhaava. The film is produced under Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films and is now all set to release on February 14, 2025.
Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava to NOT clash with Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rule
The epic drama is directed by Laxman Utekar. It features Vicky Kaushal as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna in lead roles. Interestingly, the release date holds special significance since it coincides with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti on 19 Feb 2025.
Chhaava pre-production began in 2023, while filming ended around May 2024. It was earlier scheduled to release on December 6, 2024, making way for a box office competition with Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule.
The crowd was captivated by the preview for Chhaava, and many praised Kaushal’s powerful performance as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.
On the work front, Vicky will be next seen as Chiranjeevi Parashurama in his upcoming film Mahavatar. He has also completed shooting for the Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War with Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.
